Mosaic Monday: Black and White

Usually I hide on the other side of this blog, but I will be alternating with Sue posting the Mosaic Mondays, so today I shall poke my tiny head out to share some babble with you; and photos too, of course.

B&W photography remains to be a popular form of photography even when there is the option for so much color. Certain moments are best captured with dramatic high contrast - deep blacks and stark whites, or made soft by an even shade of gray.

SeaBelly (julie)likes creating images that you can not place in time. She loves nature and capturing moments in all its tiny worlds that would otherwise go unnoticed. She likes to think this is still the age of exploration.

I've recently begun shooting more in colour, but B&W and monochrome will always have a special place in my heart!

Beautiful! Thanks so much for including my photo (it's one of my favourites I've taken). It's an honour to be included alongside such lovely other photos. Also reminds me to use black and white more often!
